This past year marks my two worst cooking disasters thus far....
One time I thought I could put steaks on the grill and nurse baby Emmy at the same time. Yeah. Totally charred.
Last week I made round steak in the crockpot that was so dry Bob couldn't even finish it. (I did salvage the leftovers by soaking in beef broth and adding lots of cheese and sour cream and putting it all in enchiladas...)
Otherwise, Emmy joined us, and nothing else of import happened. *grin* Thankfully.
