musing

At the end of "The Count of Monte Cristo," one of my favorite books of all time, Edmund Dantes says, "...until the day God deigns to reveal the future to man, the sum of all human wisdom will be contained in these two words: Wait and Hope."

curious what my faithful blog readers think... do you agree with Dumas?

Blessings.

Hmm..."The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.

Does that help the discussion?

I might be back.

And this is what he says to all humanity:
‘The fear of the Lord is true wisdom;
to forsake evil is real understanding.’”
Job 28:28
