i must look young... or something

Last week I was at the florist picking out bouquets for our kitchen help at the invite... she asked me if I was going to drop them off right away... yes... are you old enough to drive?? you don't look old enough to drive....

I stopped at the library after work and checked out "A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court." The librarian asked if I was reading it for class. Um... no... just for fun. Oh, well I'm impressed! (pretty sure Mark Twain is not a hard read, even if I was a high school kid)

But then my mom told the little neighbor boy who was getting a combine ride that I was 24... which I won't be until December... um.... seriously.

So picky, don't want to be mistaken for 24 :)

In college my sister-in-law, when getting change, was asked if she knew how many quarters were in a dollar. I am pretty sure she didn't appear to be four.

I think you are right that Mark Twain is easily read by high school kids and younger.

Wow...that's really funny.

When Elise and I were in Roanoke for an invite (we were like 15), she told someone she was a sophomore, and they responded with "in college?" Then they came to me and told me how nice it was to have young people repenting. She followed up with the comment "I don't think we have too many 10 year olds repenting here."

haha... there are only two people that I expect to know how old I am. One of them is me. The other one is my mother, for obvious reasons. :)

CYIKAC was great! Mark twain is just cool.

o man heidi, is that better or worse than the time they thought you were married to Caleb?? haha... funny stuff.

Ok, so I rounded up! It's so much easier that way. And you're much closer to 24 than 23 at this point. (Painful, but true)
