It's been pretty quiet this week, which I love.
I made this recipe for Chicken cordon bleu bread bowls Sunday night because I was slightly bored and I had time. It was pretty easy and they taste amazing... I didn't put in quite as much broccoli as the recipe called for. (And Bob still said, "What is this green stuff?" *grin* Boys.) The bread turned out really good too... we ate the leftover 'bowls' stuffed with pizza sauce and toppings last night. Yum.
Monday night I went to all day quilting... it took me a few inches before my stitches started to look decent... o well. :) It was fun.
Otherwise, it's quiet. And white again. Which I love, now that the slush is off the roads.
